Why Your CSV Opens in One Column

Why this happens
CSV files are plain text with separators between fields. If Excel guesses the wrong separator, the rows may appear as one long column.
Some regions and systems use semicolons. Some exports wrap each row inside one quoted field. A precheck can flag these common patterns locally.
