7-Day Refund Window

If Argon CSV Repair Lite is unable to produce a usable export from your supported CSV file, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@argonintelligence.ai with your purchase receipt and a brief description of the issue. If possible, attach a small sample CSV that reproduces the problem so we can investigate.

Important: Please do not send confidential, regulated, financial, medical, legal, or sensitive personal data. If possible, send a small anonymized sample that reproduces the issue.

What Is Not Covered

  • • Files that are not CSV or plain-text format
  • • Files larger than the tool's supported size limit
  • • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • • Issues unrelated to the CSV repair functionality
